Spring Break

After much discussion we decided to stay here instead of go skiing over spring break. So the research began and I found some fun things to do at home that week. I didn't get pictures of everything but I did get photos for three out of the five days.

Monday we went to the Air and Flight Museum with Ian and Aiden Schieffer and The Kearney's. I was pleasantly surprised. The boys loved it and we ended up staying for about 5 hours!!!
Ian, Austin, Caleb and Aiden

It's a video game where they could fly an airplane.

Crash!!!

Caleb could shoot this little thing so high it would touch the ceiling!

Shay and little miss thang (aka, Hannah)

Silly faces, every time! I can't escape them.

Tuesday we went to Bounce U with the Fish girls.

Love these Girls

Thursday we drove over to the Ft. Worth Stockyards and out of all the things I had planned this was the one I was the most disappointed with. The only part that the boys liked was the maze and I have to admit, the maze was awesome! It took the boys over an hour to complete it. Once you start they have check points to find and if you find them all and stamp your ticket then they gave you a small prize when you came out. The boys said that next year they would want to come back to the Ft. Worth Stockyards just to do the maze and then head to a local park with a playground and have a picnic lunch.

They had a reenactment of a cowboy shoot out. There were so many people that it was hard to see. If they would have had microphones so could have heard them it may have been good but as it was we couldn't hear them at all. We didn't stay long here.

Just getting started

Seriously, is this not amazing?

First check point complete!

Jumping for joy because he FINALLY found the last check point.

Caleb really liked these guys.
